Victor Toro allows the purchases made at the online shop in the following modalities:

Cash on Delivery: This system allows you to pay your order when you receive it at your home. The messaging service will charge €3 of supplement in this delivery mode. Reimbursement orders shall be sent once they have been confirmed with the customer. According to Electronic Commerce Act 34/2002, any purchase made and confirmed by internet must be accepted after shipment.

Deliveries without contact in an alarm state
Your health and safety is a priority for us, so in order to avoid the spread of the Covid19 virus we have established a change in our delivery operation. 1) Once the delivery man reaches the customer's door, place the shipment on the floor attached to the door and knock on the doorbell with the disposable glove on. 2) We keep a minimum distance of 2 meters and wait for the customer to identify. 3) We will identify the customer with the data of the ID and register it in our EGR/APP delivery team ‘in replacement of our digital firm’. 4) Once registered, the customer collects the shipment and finishes our ‘Safe Delivery without contact’.

Where am I going to receive my order?
Orders shall be delivered at the address indicated by the customer. No postcard subparagraphs allowed. The customer undertakes to provide an address where delivery of the order can be made within the usual delivery schedule of goods. In the event of failure to comply with this obligation, Victor Toro will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivering the requested order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Victor Toro will prepare shipments up to 48h from the day after the purchase confirmation, unless it is made on Friday, in which case it will be processed on Monday following. Once the order has been delivered to the messaging logistics operator, the delivery time will depend on the country of destination. In case of changes in the delivery period, the online store shall be clearly indicated. Orders will usually be received in a maximum period of 24/72h. Could vary in case of force majeure.

Can I return my order?
The aim of Victor Toro’s online store is to make your customers fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you wish to return your order, you can do so as long as you meet the refund conditions.
- Return must take place within the month following the date of confirmation of purchase.
- All items to be returned must be in the same state in which they were delivered, with the original packaging and labels.
- Returns of items that may deteriorate or expire shall not be permitted.
- Returns of items which have been amended shall not be permitted. Returns shall be admissible only in items in its original packaging, not having been opened, tested or manipulated. No changes in makeup items are allowed.
In cases where all the refund conditions are not met, Victor Toro will not be able to accept the refund and inform the customer by email. Victor Toro reserves the right to refuse any refunds notified or sent after the fixed time limit or items not in the same conditions under which they were delivered.
Who assumes the cost of the return?
The shipping costs (including tariffs, customs and similar rates) will be borne by the customer except where the return is caused by a mistake of our company.
